Fiestas are celebrated on 11th November in honour of San Martín.
The village falls within the dominion of the old 13th-century parish church now known as the chapel, ermita de Santa Lucía. It has 131 inhabitants.
The new parish church, iglesia de San Martín, is a neoclassic building built in 1829 and is located next to the main square; here there are also various palatial houses and a lovely 19th-century fountain.
Another notable building is the neo-Romanesque convent, convento neorrománico de agustinas, founded in 1891.
